Artwork Submission 2025
There will be a SELECTIVE ENTRY for our 2025 Southern Nature Art Exhibition.
We will be looking for a broad range of artworks including different styles, subjects and discplines. We encourage creative interpretations of the broad themes in nature!​

We don't want anyone to panic! Our goals are to still give oppertunities to as many artists as possible, whether professional or ameatur. The reason we are introducing a selective entry for this year is because we are a 6 director band and for 2024 we had almost double the amount of entries than 2023 (over 400 artworks!). This was a huge amount of work for us and therefore to help us out we are setting a limit of 380 artworks for this exhibition. ​

To make sure as many artists as possible still get a chance to exhibit, we are setting a 3 artworks per artist limit, compared to the 4 for previous years.
How will it work?

Fill out this form below. It will ask how many artworks you want to submit, and ask for a photo of each.
We understand that artists need time to finish pieces! Therefore we will allow images of your pieces that are part-completed, however they MUST show a close enough likeness of the final piece so we can approve it.
02.
A £10 processing fee will be added to the initial submission form. If you are not selected, you will not be refunded. If you are selected, this £10 will be deducted from the next process.
03.
The deadline for the first form is _____.
Within the week after this deadline the directors will meet to go through the submissions and will get back to each artist about the result of their selection.
04.
If some or all of your artworks are selected, we will send you an email to fill out a more detailed form, including payments (-£10 processing fee) for the artwork entries and opportunity to enter into the SNA catalogue.

This form HAS to be filled out within a 2 week period, or your submissions won't be entered.
